Are committed to a sober, substance-free lifestyle
Can live cooperatively in a shared housing environment
Are employed, receiving disability or support benefits, or actively seeking work
Are a veteran, a returning citizen, an individual exiting foster care, or someone rebuilding after personal or social hardship
How to Apply
At Pathway to Change, we believe transformation starts with safe, stable housing. Our community-based shared homes offer structure, accountability, and support for adults committed to rebuilding their lives. We serve veterans, returning citizens, individuals overcoming addiction, and others navigating life transitions with the goal of long-term independence.
